Working in some of London’s most prestigious venues is not new for us but it is not everyday that we are asked to help out with a wedding at the Natural History Museum. And for this delightful couple we were only too happy to oblige.
Produced by London Event Productions, with a helping hand from us on the entertainment & management front, and working in partnership with some of our favourite suppliers we delivered what was,in the Bride’s words: “the best day of her life”.
You can watch our video of the event below:
First and foremost we would like to thank our wonderful partners, without whom this event would not have been possible:
Production — London Event Productions
Catering — Create Food and Party Design
Filming & photography — Bircan Tulga
Floristry — Paul Hawkins Flowers
Wedding cake — Little Venice Cake Company
Dippy the dinosaur in all his glory. Sadly this was one of the very last events lucky enough to be graced by his mighty presence.
The entrance of the museum our bride and groom were greeted with, with an uplitentrance and a simple purple colour wash to the exterior.
After dinner our glowing bride made her feelings clear on her way to the first dance! One could say that her mood was somewhat positive!
This very well lit wedding cake was provided by the Little Venice Cake Company — one cannot find a finer fruit cake in our opinion!
Beef Wellington for 150 guests thanks to the amazing team at Create.
Guests enjoyed this open plan “photo booth” provided by us at Stormont London.
When the bride and groom asked us who we would recommend as our best London wedding band, the fabulous Soul Stone were in the short list. They rocked the NHM all night long as an outstanding 8-piece band full of energy, skill and soul.
As the night came to a close, even Mark and William (and old Charles) found a way to blow off some steam after an incredibly successful event and pose for photographer Bircan Tulga.
